1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup onion
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
mashed potatoes
cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix hamburger, egg, soup, onion, bread crumbs, salt and pepper together.

Spread in 8×8-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.

Frost with mashed potatoes and bake another 10 to 15 minutes. Top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
