Coffee Jello II
1 tablespoon (15 mL) plain gelatin powder
1/4 c. (60 mL) cold water
6 tablespoons (90 mL) sugar
dash salt
1 3/4 c. (400 mL) hot strong coffee
Soak gelatin in cold water for five minutes. Add remaining
ingredients and stir. Chill until firm. Serves 4.
