Country Vegetable Casserole
1 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 (12-oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 med. carrot shredded
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1/4 c chopped green onion
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
Mix cheese and eggs until well blended. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 8″ square baking dish. Bake 350° 40 minutes.
