Jello Poke Cake
1 white or yellow cake, baked in a 9 x 13 pan.
2 packages Jell-O, (4 serving size) any flavor
2 cups boiling water
Cool Whip or frosting of your choice.
Bake and cool the cake. Poke holes in the cake evenly at 1/2 inch
intervals with a utility fork or a wooden spoon handle. Dissolve Jell-O in
boiling water. Carefully spoon Jell-O over cake. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Frost
as desired.
