Lemon-Lime Cream Cheese Jello
2 boxes of Lemon Jello
2 boxes of Lime Jello
1 8 ounce carton of whipped cream cheese
1 can of pineapple
Prepare Lime Jello according to the package directions, less 1 cup of cold
water (or ice cubes). Put in the undrained pineapple in the Lime Jello and
stir. Place mixture into a 9×13x2 pan. Place in refrigerator to set.
Once the Jello has set, spread the cream cheese evenly over the set Jello.
Prepare the Lemon Jello according to the package directions. Pour Jello
onto the cream cheese. Place in refrigerator to set.

This stuff is really good…..reminds me of the jello salad my mother made in the 1950’s….I added pieces of pecans for the crunch….good stuff
