4 Baking potatoes
1 tb Butter or margarine
1/2 c Green onions, chopped
1 cn Spam (12 oz.)
1 pk Cream cheese, softened and cubed
2/3 c Milk
1/2 ts Black pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Wrap potatoes in foil. Bake 1 hour or until tender. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, melt butter. Add green onions. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until tender. Add Spam, cream cheese, milk and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. Split potatoes. Serve sauce over potatoes.
