Rattlesnake Pasta
8 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy cream
12 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup finely diced canned jalapenos peppers
3 tablespoons minced garlic in oil
10 ounces roasted chicken chunks
Combine butter, cream, parmesan cheese, flour and salt and pepper and heat
very slowly till thickened. Add the jalapenos, garlic and roasted ch icken
and heat through. Serve over pasta. Makes 4 large servings
