Beer Bread
3-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 cup sugar
12 oz. beer
Mix dry ingredients together. Pour 12 oz. beer over top of dry
ingredients. Mix just until dry ingredients are incorporated. Bake in
grease loaf pan for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
Bread is very crusty and heavy. Delicious with your favorite soup or
stew!
