Potato Sausage
5-lbs beef
5-lbs pork
5-lbs potato
1-medium onion
5-Tbsp salt
2-Tbsp pepper
Sausage casings (bratwurst size)
Grind beef, pork, potato and onion together Add salt and pepper Mix well.
Fill casings (Make them as large or small as you wish) Boil approximately
30 minutes. Good hot or cold
