Reuben Dip
3 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
4 ounces deli corned beef, sliced
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, grated
1/4 cup sauerkraut, chopped and drained
2- 3 tablespoons milk
rye crackers or rye bread
Finely chop the corned beef. Heat cream cheese, sour cream, corned beef, Swiss
cheese and sauerkraut in microwave until hot, thin with milk if necessary. Serve
with rye crackers or small rounds of rye bread
