I came across this recipe on a recent visit to Branson Missouri. It wasn’t half bad. So, I decided to post it. I have served it to all my friends and family while I showed the pictures of my vacation. When they asked me why I would subject them to the four hour presentation of slides, I told them, because there was just so much to see in Branson. Also because Missouri loves company, but mostly I enjoyed having people over to entertain and subject to my creativity. Of course showing slides of a vacation may not seem all that creative, but how I arranged them to give my guests the full effect of being in Branson was.

INGREDIENTS

4 to 6 chicken breast, cooked and cut up
1 can cream chicken soup
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 to 1/2 c. celery, chopped
Crushed cheetos for topping

DIRECTIONS

1) Mix above ingredients together and put in long casserole dish.
2) Crush enough cheetos to cover top.
3) Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
