Hamburger Potato Casserole
1 lb ground beef
4-6 medium potatoes
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup (I use 2 cans)
1/2 cup of milk (I use 1 cup)
1/2 green pepper or 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (I omit)
1 cup cheddar cheese
Brown beef, drain. Add onion and pepper; sauté until tender. Pour into 9” x
13” baking dish. Slice potatoes and lay over beef. Mix milk and soup
together. Pour over potatoes. Pour cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for
50 – 60 minutes.
